  • The Trevor Project: 24/7/365 peer support & crisis support services for LGBTQ young people

  • Immigration Equality: a resource that provides legal and material support for LGBTQ individuals seeking asylum and/or refugee status in the United States

  • Rainbow Railroad:  helps LGBTQ individuals find safety through emergency relocation support, crisis response, financial assistance, and other forms of assistance

  • Rainbows in Gastro: An organization aimed at addressing and reducing the disparities y LGBTQI+ individuals (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and other sexual and gender minorities) face in gastroenterology - for  both patients and providers ! 
    They are great examples of physicians dedicated to positive change in gastroenterology care for the LGBTQ+ community and making healthcare better for people like us.
